As we enter into Spring we just wanted to share with you some winter warmers from a beautiful wedding from the Christmas holidays. The beautiful Leanne looked just perfect in her Stephanie Allin 'Darcy' gown. When Leanne first came to the boutique she knew she wanted something classy and extra special with a modern twist - I knew Stephanie Allin was the designer from her.
I love London weddings and St Paul's Cathedral is certainly as iconic as it gets. Amy came to Exquisite to search for her gown along mum, Gill, who lives in the New Forest. A true Claire Pettibone bride Amy chose to wear the Midnight dress.
Emma and Neil married earlier this summer at East Close Hotel. This boutique hotel has long provided a place for relaxation and inspiration for it's guests. In fact, one of them, author Lewis Caroll is rumoured to have created his tales of a certain young Alice after hearing of her adventures in the enchanted walled garden, on the croquet lawn and under the giant beech tree. This beautiful setting set the scene for Emma and Neil's special day.
Claire visited us last year looking for a super stylish but light and easy to wear gown for her wedding in Thailand. We had great fun getting to know Claire and trying styles that would shine against the white sands of Koh Samui. And we finally found it in the dress Serenade by Stephanie Allin. The fit, the intricate beadwork, the soft champagne hue of the crystals all came together and were just perfect. Not only did Claire look absolutely amazing, it was totally right for the setting.
Exquisite Bridal Couture has been open for 3 years now and I can't quite believe it where the time has gone!
Our first appointment in the boutique is still as clear as crystal in my mind. As not only was this a landmark moment signifying the start of our business, it was also a very special appointment with a very close family friend whom I'd known since I was little.
Laura, came to the boutique in January 2012 and loved our collections. As Laura lives in the New Forest and her mum in Manchester she promptly arranged for her mum to come down and visit to help make that all important final decision on the gown and they did so on our Stephanie Allin Designer Day.
Lizzie chose a vintage style Claire Pettibone gown. Layers of English lace embroidery create the Victorian inspired Kristene gown. With a perfect blend of vintage romance, the embroidered “fringe”creates playful movement for dancing and celebration, and the heart shaped train and stunning back details bring beauty to every angle.
And the bride Hazel wore...Bespoke Caroline Castigliano from Exquisite Bridal Couture of Lymington.
The New Year starts with a bang here at Exquisite Bridal Couture on Thursday 17th January when we are hosting a very special Evening with Stephanie Allin at our local boutique hotel Stanwell House.
Alexa came to Exquisite Bridal Couture in the autumn of 2011 on the kind recommendation of one of our partners Hannah of Sweet Dream Events.
